Our guided tours aim to explore unique aspects of the greater Beer Sheva area with a focus on the city’s history, culture, architecture and nature among others. Beer Sheva’s history spans approximately 6000 years beginning with the Chalcolithic who lived near the wadi with its unique culture, followed by our father Abraham who brought monotheism to the world, to the Byzantine city, and then the Turks who built the old city (the old city being only city the Turks built in their 400 year rule of the region which ended during WWI), and finally the modern day city. Over the past 20 years, Beer Sheva experienced numerous transformations, establishing it as the modern metropolis of the Negev in terms of urban development and preservation of its historical sites.
We invite you to come, learn and experience Beer Sheva with us through our guided tours.
The "Authentic Walks – Guided Tours in Beer Sheva" project was founded four years ago by childhood friends and native born Beer Shevians, Ari Burstin and Natan Ben-Ari who live, believe and love Beer Sheva.
